José Temprana was born in 1901 in Cuba. In 1964, he was accused of smuggling weapons to help the insurgency. He was convicted and sent to jail for 30 years. At 93 years old, Temprana was released from jail. He decided to apply for humanitarian visa to the United States. It was excepted and Temprana moved to Miami. Temprana is now 105 years old.
