Security Guards at Westwood Village in Seattle deserve a round of applause for saving a small dog’s life. The dog named Zipper had been spotted in a car at 1 am in the morning. The guards called 911 and thank goodness they did. The dog had been locked inside the car for 6 days!

He had been left in the care of the owner’s boyfriend who evidently was an imbecile. Zipper had no food or water. A dog left inside a car can die within hours–and it doesn’t have to be hot outside! So, it’s amazing that Zipper survived under these circumstances.

The dog has been kept at the local animal shelter until the owner returns.
